Delivery and returns for CPAG publications

• Items currently in stock are dispatched within 8 days of receipt of payment. Please allow 15 days before enquiring about your order.
• All items are dispatched by either Second Class Royal Mail or DHL Express (within the UK).
• If you are ordering from outside the UK, different dispatch arrangements and charges will apply. Please contact our book orders department (see below) for more information.
• If you order a book in advance of publication, your order will be held on our database and dispatched once the book is published. Please inform us of any change of delivery address.
• Claims for shortage and/or damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
• Items may not be returned without prior agreement in writing from CPAG (contact details below).
